What is the update exactly? Well, before the Like button would post a link, text and an image to Facebook, but we’ve updated it so that we control what is posted to Facebook. The “main” product image will be used, the title of your product page, the URL to your product, and the short description from your product data. For more info please contact me.

• Click Settings
• Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars
• Click Add Account
• Click Other
• Click Add Mail Account

For Name, enter your name. This is what people will see when they receive an email from you.

For Address enter your full email address, for example joe@domain.com

For Password enter your password

For Description, enter anything you want to designate this account, for example My Email or Company Name.

Click Next in the top right corner.

When the screen loads click the POP button so that it turns blue.

Incoming Mail Server (Required)

• For Host Name, enter mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com
• For User Name, enter your full email address, for example joe@domain.com
• For Password, enter your password.

Outgoing Mail Server (Required)

• For Host Name, enter mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com
• For User Name, enter your full email address, for example joe@domain.com
• For Password, enter your password.

Click Save in the top right corner.

Your phone will now go through the verification process.

When prompted “Cannot Connect Using SSL – Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?” select Yes.

If you continue to receive the above prompt message, continue to select Yes and check for spelling errors in either the Host Name, User Name or Password fields for both Incoming and Outgoing settings.

This process may take a few minutes.

When the verification process has completed you should see a screen with your account. You should be set, but let’s verify everything took as intended to insure mail will flow properly.

Click your account.

Scroll down and click the SMTP button under Outgoing Mail Server

Click the button under Primary Server

Verify the following:

• Server is ON
• Host Name is mail.yoursitecontrolpanel.com
• User Name is your full email address
• Password is filled in
• Use SSL is OFF
• Authentication is Password
• Server Port is 25 or 2525

Everything should be fine, but you may need to change the Server Port from 587 to 25 or 2525. Our mail server accepts requests through port 25 (industry standard) and port 2525 in the event your internet provider (whether over WIFI or 3G/4G) blocks port 25. Many ISP (Internet Service Providers) block sending mail over port 2525 for security and SPAM related reasons. Check with your ISP if you have any problems sending mail.

Lastly, since you are on a mobile device you may or may not want to delete the messages off the server when you delete them from your phone. To adjust this go to your account, scroll down to Advanced. From here you can adjust the Delete from server option.

• Never - Use this option if you want to delete messages from your phone, but leave them on the server so you can pull them down from your computer’s email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc)
• Seven days – Use this option if you want to let messages deleted from your phone to live on the server for 7 days. After 7 days, deleted messages on your phone will be deleted from the server.
• When removed from Inbox – Use this if you want the message to be immediately deleted from the server when you delete it from your phone.

You should be all setup. Now, send yourself a test message and make sure it comes in!

You will not be able to upload images or documents through the Page Options > Upload Images or Page Options > Upload Documents sections of your control panel until your disk space has been increased, or you delete files to decrease the amount of disk space you are using.

Contact your server administrator for additional information.

I am hoping they will continue to develop their application to process credit cards in real time via web site, and also allow recurring payments which will make all of our lives much easier.

If you are looking to process credit cards without a true merchant account, this is a plausible solution for you. It’s extremely easy to use, and you can even include an image with the email receipt.

I highly recommend Square to anyone needing to process credit cards, and wants to save a few bucks. They take a competitive percentage, but there’s no merchant account fee, or gateway fee, or reporting fee, etc.
